Article 1 — Name and purpose
The Forwardist International exists to coordinate the political work of its member chapters on questions that cross borders.
Article 2 — Membership
Membership is held through a chapter. Chapters admit members according to their own rules, subject to the non-discrimination provisions of Article 8.
Article 3 — Congress
Congress is the sovereign body of the International and meets at least once every two years.
Article 4 — The executive committee
The executive committee is elected by congress and is accountable to it.
